Pros

My job is a good job. It is hard but rewarding. Mr. David is nice and I feel like he cares about his employees. They provide us with lunch every week and as much overtime as I want to work. Thank you for my job FPG.

Pros

I make good money I have been giving 4 raises and I have only been there a year and a half. The management team is very knowledgeable and helpful with not only problems at work but personal issues as well. I started as a regular custodian making 7.55 an hour I now make 12.00 and hour, and I'm currently being evaluated to be an assistant manager. Fpg offers so many incentives to all employees. If you're looking for a job come our way.

Even less motivated employees get treated good.

Pros

I started as a regular hourly employee a few years ago. I made my way up the ladder eventually making it to management. We try to treat our employee's as they are family. Unlike alot of companies we have a tremendous amount opportunities to move up. We would rather promote within the company versus going to the outside.

None really that come to mind
