1. If need promotion, you need to play great politics with indian local management. 2. TA,HR and Leadership management is broke. Very least internal opportunities. 3. They have 2 to 3x from external, they wont give opportunity to chose the project to internal employee, even though they are capable. 4. Onsite opportunities are none. 5. Recognition everything depends on your immediate manager. so be good with them, nod head for what they say. recognition is very less.
