A great company, unsure where new management will take it

Pros

FactSet has a lot of great people, interesting projects to work on, and good salary and benefits. The intelligence and ability of your coworkers is really impressive.

Cons

Recent changes in senior management leaves the former CEO and chief counsel leading much of the company. This may drastically change the culture. Norwalk location is also very dull.
