Pros

- Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable colleagues. Can ask almost anyone almost anything and get an answer or get pointed in the right direction. - Great starting salary - Competitive benefits. WFH or free lunch in office. - Onboarding was ok when I joined and has been improving over the years - Inclusivity and diversity is promoted

Cons

- Big company, so it takes time to learn the interaction between all the different teams - Career growth can be slow
