Pros

-Light workload most of the time -DECENT pay, but competitors pay bigger its just plain old (DECENT) -Free drinks (no free snacks compared to bloomberg) -Promotion (comes thru tenure over skills, performance and certifications) -Lots of free trainings

Cons

-Pay is just enough (not big compared to the competitors) -Rotating schedule (Will mess up your body clock) -Little to no opportunity to train with abroad offices -Poor execution on promotion programs or management programs -Not enough bonuses or allowances (No transpo, meal, lifestyle, gym allowance)
