Friendly people, generous packages, I belongs to a small acquired team in Youngstown Ohio.

Cons

No cons at all. I left because of personal relocation.

Pros

Workpalce culture is best , employee safety all good , no space for politics in work , every work is monitored & employees concerns are heard even if you are in your 1st month of on job training. they treat you fairly & just.

Cons

the work is desk job, work is monotonous, every 3 months ur work increases with training but no salary increase & regular overtime of 2 hrs in busy season. they dont pay well for overtime as other companies do.
