Cons

Things move along very slowly. Upper management has no idea of the mess at ground level. Commonly been told “it has always been done this way” when suggestion for improvement is raised.

WFH or free lunch in office. - Onboarding was ok when I joined and has been improving over the years - Inclusivity and diversity is promoted
