Excellent company to grow from being a straight out of college job

Great people, lots of problems to solve, and easy to take control of the design of a project. They hire in waves of people so you get to know a small group of people very well there.

Cons

You can get stuck in a certain part of the company, it can be hard to transfer between groups. The politics with the overall direction of the company can be hard fought.
