Pros

It is a large company that provides stability, fair wages, and employee discounts on parts. It always seems to be a positive working environment.

Cons

As with any place of employment, there are always the sub-standard coworkers, grumpy clients, and occasional short staff situations. Not bad considering.

A good place to work if you can't find anything else or if you have no desire to affect change or be recognized.

Cons

There is an inner circle at the corporate office that isn't open to newcomers. Some very poor employees are protected. New employees are rarely acknowledged, unless of course you are in sales.

A good place if you're right out of college or in need of a blue collar-type job.

Cons

I would NEVER recommend this company! This organization is about beating every single minute out of its employees! It's a very miserable place!
