Pros

Upper management went above and beyond for personal growth of employees. They are hands on and want the best for employees.

Cons

The only con about this company is that cooperate is located in Denver, Colorado so sometimes there was a time communication conflict.

Great local office director who truly wants you to learn and improve. He has been a fantastic mentor. Great team that constantly pushes each other to be better

Cons

Still growing within the Dallas metroplex, so there are only 10-15 clients to work with.
