Pros

Phenomenal leadership. Executive VP is always there when you need him. He provides support whenever needed.

Cons

Benefits could be slightly better. There is no 401k match, and healthcare benefits are not the cheapest I have had.

Pros

They give you a lot of flexibility to run your desk as you would like. Resources are available for you if you need help, but for the most part- you are expected to manage yourself.

Cons

The staffing industry is over-saturated. Having worked at multiple agencies- Fahrenheit IT was by far my favorite. I only left because I needed to leave the industry.
