It was a decent paycheck.

Cons

No support of their employees. Poor communication, pretty much everything else about working for them other than the generous pay was full of lies, and deception. Also, be wary of their recruiters. Make sure you document everything, and save all emails. It will help you down the road.

Our drive to make this one of the best places to work in our industry has enabled us to become one of the largest and fastest growing companies in our industry. Our business attracts many individuals due to the unlimited earnings potential but it is also challenging for individuals new to this business who are required to learn new skills and work hard to be successful. Our Open Door practice encourages open, direct and personal communication and we want to hear from our employees if they have concerns. If employees don’t feel comfortable speaking to their manager, they are encouraged to speak to Human Resources. We strongly feel that comments from former employees like the one above are heavily biased and an unfair portrayal of our company, culture and work environment.
