      Team is given a tremendous amount of autonomy

      Cons

      The culture is still developing; very close-knit group, but the team is given a lot of flexibility that can take away from the feel of a sales environment.

      Company is supportive and patient with its sales and recruiting staff. Ongoing improvements in technology and communication. And very understanding environment.

      Pros

      Great place to work, I'm lucky enough to come in and work with my best friends every day! Great leadership that is committed and want me to be successful. Its such a great place I have recommended all my old co workers and friends.

      Cons

      Not for every one, you have to be hungry and motivated. Not a place for some one who wants to punch the clock.
