I was fortunate to start at FairWarning when the Managed Privacy Services unit was getting started and for 2 years had the opportunity to help grow and establish that line of the business. I had a wonderful experience growing both personally and professionally along with the business and expect FairWarning will continue to be successful. Overall, there is a great group of people working at FairWarning and opportunities to contribute to the product, customer success, and the shape of a growing organization. My experience at FairWarning often pushed the boundaries of what I thought I knew or could do, but in the end I always learned something about myself. I left the company to re-locate, but my experience will be a huge part of my career and future.

Having been with FairWarning for many years, the biggest pro is that everybody at the company has an important job and it all matters. There is no coasting, there are no politics or cliques. Everything is driven by data and truth. The mission is clear and I am allowed to actually do the job I am good at. Work/life balance is highly encouraged- this is NOT a place where people are working 70 hours a week.
