The culture at FairWarning is rewarded. The flexibility of working from home, while having unlimited PTO allows for a nice work life balance.

Cons

Lots of recent leadership changes that have caused a somewhat unclear direction on where the company is heading

Pros

The changes this year have been extremely positive. It seems like they are really listening to employees and are very open to feedback. My team is extremely talented - it's great to be surrounded by such hardworking people and feel like what you're doing really matters.

Cons

Still a bit of ambiguity with the interim CEO - it would be nice to have a company wide update on if he is staying and if so, for how long.
