Pros

High base salary for position and good environment for young professionals, especially for first job out of college. Good first sales job

Cons

Difficult product to sell. Little to no commission is earned. Healthcare side is sustainable and backbone of company.

Pros

Located in Tampa, FL Great Weather Good office location Good Benefits

Cons

At one time FairWarning was the leader in their industry. This is not the case today. They have not invested in the product in several years. It is not customer friendly, really hard to pull reports and End Users need to be really fluent in running/pulling reports. The culture are FairWarning is cutthroat and back stabbing. This is encouraged by management. There is no on-boarding process or education around their product, but you have to pass numerous tests put together by management in order to meet company standards.
