Pros
Health insurance is decent, pay isn’t the worst but could be better
Cons
The time off policy is a joke. If you do take sick time, they will automatically use up any accrued paid hours you have whether you like it or not. That being said, if you plan a week long summer vacation, but in March your kids and then you get sick, you could end up not having the paid hours when you take vacation (i.e. you were paid for not being here in March, but you don’t have enough paid hours for the summer and some of the vacation could be UTO).
