      Pros

      A workday is very diverse, and includes all aspects of testing including specimen collection, order entry, and test resulting. It's great to see the patients and know where your specimens come from. Management works with you on process improvement and open to suggestions. Very approachable. Nurses and other care providers are great to communicate with for problem resolution, and clarification. Cheap, quality healthcare options if you don't mind staying in the Fairview network. Plenty of overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      Again the fast pace means time management is key, so there is a constant focus on catching all problems early on for a quick turn around time.
