Pros
I enjoy the people I work with, salary is decent but not great, a lot of restructuring tends to go on and the relationship with U of M and and UMP gets to be confusing
Cons
The benefits aren't really that great in my opinion, the retirement plan is okay, but there is a pool of days to allot to both sick time and holidays/vacations, so if you get sick more often it really stings. Salaries could be more competitive.
