      Poor upper management. All about numbers/money, less about patient care. Rarely get breaks, open Holidays.

      Pros

      Working in a teaching institution is a great opportunity for learning! Lots of education opportunities to jump in on. Many different areas of studies. Nice place to get involved in studies if you are into learning about or being a part of studies.

      Cons

      Well first off, working in the health care industry, the medical insurance sure stinks for being a health care provider!!! Although having fellows and residents everywhere, it can often be hard for patient care as so many different providers are involved.
