      Good benefits, easy work duties, excellent work life balance, decent compensation, lots of resources to use to do the job

      Cons

      No career paths, no professional growth opportunities, HR is horrible, don't promote people based on results-only based on politics, corporate boys club is rampant, management is never held accountable for their actions

      Pros

      The benefits are competitive, middle management is good to work with/for.

      Cons

      There is a very large disconnect between employees and upper management, the conversation is one way. Management talks at employees but not to employees. Also, the rules interdepartmentally are unequal, as well as the medical benefits.
