Pros

Colleagues were great but often burnt out due to high staff turnover and toxic leadership team.

Cons

Unsupportive leadership, overworked and understaffed, expected to be “cross trained” in different areas so you’re often asked to cover/work in areas you weren’t hired for. No work-life balance, was constantly texted and asked by management to work late or pick up extra shifts.

The opportunity to make a positive impact for frontline healthcare workers, who do everything they can for the benefit of their patients and their patients' families.

Cons

Leadership is the epitome of incompetence-from the C-suite all the way down to the managers; "Work/Life Balance" is a term used only as lip service; You will not advance your career here; You will not have any opportunities to raise your compensation here unless you jump positions frequently (which is unlikely as all of the open positions are either eliminated or "Off-Shored" [they don't like the term "Outsourced" apparently]).
