Huge turn over rate, employees are just a number that will be out the door quick but not until an estimator of electrical work learns everything he can from your wireless industry knowledge and if you give him gold, he will run to upper management claiming he has great information to add to the wireless curriculum and safety training Manual, then will try everything to get you terminated before anyone finds out where the knowledge really came from! They use you and cut throat! This estimator, electrical trainer, blogger knows nothing about wireless and has the worst tobacco dip in the cheek habit but tries to hide it! Very strange!
