I had something to do each day to keep busy.

Cons

Incredibly low pay. I was able to get about a 50% increase in pay going elsewhere. They don't care about office employees. Everything is about the field. Leadership don't know what they are doing. Most of them had been apprentices or worked in the field, and know nothing about leading a company. And they are mostly related to one another -- so you really wonder if they are remotely qualified to have those jobs!
