Office Positions are work from home. If you like micro-management, this place is for you.

Micro-Management - Supervisors do your work in the background "the Faith Way" then make you feel terrible when you do it the construction industry standard way. If its not a "Faith Idea or Concept", its is wrong. Why change the way we do things on projects, because everything is a data center. The wrong Managers get promoted - Somehow, the more money you loose, and blame other people for it, the farther you are promoted. *You will be highly judged by your personality traits and scores. Families do not matter, Faith is #1, everything else is secondary. You cannot say no to extra work that is not in your job description, you will be fired. They will overwhelm you, overload you, always expect more, more, more, dangle these great bonuses in front of you, and you can never catch that carrot. 0% chance of pay raises over 4 years, NONE.
