I had 10+ years at Faith and I’m in agreement with all of the negative reviews on here. Upper management is not capable of leading. You will be treated like a number and if you step out of line, you will be tossed aside. The sad part is that the leaders that will toss you aside are usually the issue in the first place. I worked WITH a lot of great people that believed they would climb the ladder with hard work and dedication. The problem was that the people we worked FOR had no interest in that happening. Friends and family only. And for those people that have commented that the benefits were good, trust me, go elsewhere. Benefits, particularly health and dental, is absolutely terrible compared to other contractors. I also love how you can clearly tell they are planting good reviews to raise their score on Glassdoor. Sad.

At Faith Technologies, we consistently seek to attract and retain the best available talent, and we are fortunate to be able to do so through our highly active employee referral program. More than half of all new hires joining Faith Technologies over the last three years have come from referrals from current employees, providing cash incentives to those who make the referrals, and creating strong mentors for the new employees.
