Very Attendance-Driven on the field side, not ideal for primary-care providers of children. Office-side may vary. Experienced journeymen coming into the Manufacturing sites need to keep an open mind. The drive for safety is a big shift if you're used to traditional construction. Hours may vary by Season/site/project.
