Safety Focus, good employee development opportunities, pay is better than average for most - very good for many. Good health , retirement benefits,. Extras (incentive, gain share, phone, car allowance per diems )

Travel for me- I came in Faith with and established career and family. The travel was discussed but I it became more than I was willing to do
