Units in good shape , Training offered to employees , Get experience and leave, benefits are great

Cons

PAY! No call bonus after running all day , No growth ,Start off as a floater for 2/4 months , Sucks not having a set Schedule, so many employees you become a number.

Good scheduling through supervisors. Benefits are fairly priced with 401k.

Cons

Compensation are far below par compared to other companies. Work load is too high as well as knowledge needed of the business and insurance. Leadership team does not care about you as an employee.
