Poor management Company is several companies trying to be under the same umbrella. Lack of overview, a few business lines do the same job and offer the same services

Good pay scale, good schedule with enough seniority, new equipment/vehicles, all power gurneys and autoload systems, nice clean units (OC only)

Cons

Hostile upper management, difficult to fight for safe working conditions, upper management intentionally understaffs units and over works crews. Profits have become a primary focus for upper management over meeting county EMS contract and response time requirements
