Cons

Management! They have no clue what they are doing. Mediocrity in the executive management team. Most would never get an SVP/EVP role in other organisations at the same size.

They have above average wages for ems but they have above average headaches also.

Cons

Bring a friend because this place is a nightmare. General Manager for Fort Worth is in San Antonio and his management team here isnt qualified for their job. If you like hires based on who you know instead of what you know you came to the right place.
