      Pros

      This is a very family friendly environment with an ownership team that regularly invests in new equipment and facilities to grow the business. Alot of opportunity for advancement for those that are interested.

      Cons

      If you are looking to live in a big metropolis, you will have to commute longer to work. Falcon is located in communities of 10 - 25,000 people and offer safe and healthy community living with a variety of regional activities to keep you busy.
