Great company, Great opportunities for advancement. Locations all over the US.

If there is a Con it would be that it's a job and you are expected to work. For me I love my job and it hardly ever feels like work!

Fun environment to work. - Outstanding benefits. - Corporate is communicative and willing to provide quick resources and advice when games need work. - Newly-implemented FEG Home works well and integrates with Gmail.

Cons

- Reliance on physical tickets during busier days hinders the performance of the entire location, depending on available staff.
