Terrible management, worked in the Chicago burbs for them for a few years. They purchased arcade machines from an out of business location in Texas. With little notice I was told to go to Texas to refurb the games. On arrival the location had no electricity or lighting. Spent days fixing games in the dark with a flashlight to only have George Smith complain that everything wasn’t up to his standards. Sorry George we did the best we could with no ELECTRICITY trying to repair ELECTRONICS. Another occasion they pull me from the Arcade I was stationed at to pick up games on a rented truck in Wisconsin. Thousands of pounds worth of machine and he sent an 75 year old couple to assist me, to make matters worse did he tell the company that was paying us to service their arcade that their technician was gone for the weekend running errands for him? Nope, so on a busy weekend they had no one to fix their machines. No respect for his employees or people he has contracts with. Will step on the heads of another to make himself more successful.
