Pros

Office is flexible with scheduling, families can really appreciate you. 401k, PTO. Lots of overtime, if you want. Work as much or little as you want. Lots of autonomy. Communication with office via text. You're kinda your own boss in a way.

Cons

Not allot of support. Might have families that do not appreciate you or vice versa. Office can be pushy, if you let them. Might have to work with what you got in the field.

Great work/ life balance . Set own schedule. Great pay.

Cons

12 hour shift required but I've seen and heard of some 8-10 hour shift for some nurses.
