Flexible schedule, very understanding of family/work life balance, Office staff responses very quickly to any need you have, Upper management reachable when needed

Benefits don’t start until after 90 day grace period, pay is based on client & insurance-not upfront about actual hourly rate
Accommodation to work life balance is amazing and pay is great.
