Pros

Decent pay, immediate supervisors were attentive and helpful

Cons

Always short staffed and would get begged to pickup shifts beyond the already 60hrs/week that I worked and company/family would get upset that I said no! The parents run the show, not the doctors or the supervisory staff. Witnessed firsthand Medicaid fraud by parents/nurses which the company had knowledge of. After making a confidential complaint about my abusive patients, that was the end. I quit before I was the run who wound up in a bad spot.

Pros

Friendly staff, good IT support

Cons

Terrible executive management, terrible benefits. They have had 5 HR leaders in the last few years. The C-suite is a revolving door of people.
