Organized, structured company that invests in its employees to become better leaders. The leadership team really care about Culture.
The Chief Nurse officer is one of the best leaders I’ve had the privilege of working with and learning from. Strong clinical team that is intentional with strategies to be better quarter over quarter.
Cons
Was not a fan of the COO at the time of my time at the company. He did not embody the culture.
