Pros

Family First Life is a GREAT place to work as a Mom with kids in school. I can bring home a full-time salary only working part-time. No one pressures me to work more and I get to make every event at school. Family First Life has been a life changer.

Cons

Working weekends at times is hard but I love my career.

I am a lifelong agent! I just returned from the FFL Annual Convention. It was an incredible experience. The training and culture is second to none. Since I joined FFL I have doubled my income. I am so happy to be part of the team.

Cons

There is no cons when you do what you have always done and make more money!

Pros

What I love most about FFL is the flexibility. I have four young kids but I needed to work and help my family. If I work right I can make a full time salary with part time hours IF I stay focused. My kids get the best of everything and I never miss a field trip or sporting event!
