They actually train you. You are trained by the top producing agents in the company. My income has tripled since I left my corporate retail job. The culture is amazing where everyone helps you succeed. Sky is the limit with this company!!!

I would say there are so many Pros. To start they offered me the highest Commisions I have come across. There’s so much training available online and in the offices. This was so important to me because I wanted direction. They have many vendors of leads to choose from, I was concerned with not having leads and that has never been a problem. I create my goals and can achieve them by having access to clients. I have been blessed with leadership guiding me to reach my short and long term goals. The biggest take away is that I can grow personally and in my business and there is no cap to how much I want to earn monthly and annually. I make my own schedule as a single mom of 2 and am finally able to have a good work life balance.
