Training

Pros

I have been an agent for about five years. The first three of my career I could not get this going, and I was paying for training. I decided to join Family First Life, and I started immediately seeing a difference in my take home because I finally got the training I was looking for. This is real practical advice. They have so many trainings, but they are all podcasts and videos that I can listen to or watch on my time. Glad I switched.

Cons

I have not found a con yet. This is the career I was looking for!

Pros

My friend started working for Family First Life, and she loved it. She kept telling me how great it was, but I didn't believe I could make enough to survive. After a while, she talked me into taking the test to become an insurance agent. I tried it out part-time. I was excited because we would be working together. Fast forward 6 months. I am now full time at Family First Life and I love it. My best friend and I are going to build our own agency. The future is bright.

Cons

I am getting really good at this because the training is outstanding.

Pros

This is owning your own business, and it is not a job. You have a ton of support but you decide your time and your vacations. To be successful with FFL you have to be a self-motivated person. If you are motivated and teachable, your earning potential is unlimited with FFL!

Cons

You need to run business on weekends too. It's the best time to work
