      Pros

      Love my job with Family First Life. They have it all and I love their mission and culture. The training is inspirational as well as informative. The corporate office full of people willing to go out of their way. My uplines are ALWAYS available to help while I am in the home. I was at first not sure about Family First Life but they consistently surpass my expectations. Best of all, I never had to sign a contract!

      This is a comission only job, make sure you can do this job BEFORE you give up your day job.

      Pros

      I was downsized late in my career as an HR manager. I struggled to find a job, and I was nowhere near ready to retire. I saw a job posting for Family First Life. I thought me, sell insurance! I got my license with Family First Life's help and joined the Family so to speak. I am happy I did. I am learning so much so fast which is keeping me on my toes. I have engaged with my upline, and I appreciate all the help I got when I was bumbling through my first sales. I am sorry I didn't get involved with FFL sooner!

      This is a young man or woman's game. It is hard work but I think it is keeping me young.

      Pros

      I decided to sell insurance after a disastrous go at starting my own business. Insurance was always the "family" business being my Dad, Grandfather, and Mom were all agents. I decided to do a ton of research and figure out which IMO had the best comp. I decided to try Family First Life. The Comp is far above any captive agent comp or other IMO's. The culture of FFL is young! The trainings are like Ted Talks and are so interesting. I was doing so well both my Dad and my Mom came over to Family First Life, and we are starting our own agency!

      Wish I got to see the other offices at more than the Annual Convention!
