      Pros

      I decided to try this part-time because I wanted to help support my growing family. We bought insurance from an agent who told me all about FFL, and after some considering, I decided to study for my license. The training is outstanding, and often you can find me making dinner and listening to their podcasts. I am starting to get good at this, and I am making more than my husband. He is thinking of joining FFL too!

      Pros

      From the moment I contacted Family First Life I was taken by their culture of hard work and positivity. All through the process of getting my license and getting to work. The company is so positive. I never hear anyone speak a bad word about anyone even the competition. They have their ways and their way is to put agents first.

      I work really hard but FFL makes it work it!

      Pros

      The compensation is wonderful! However, the support and the training makes the compensation possible! No money in a commission level without the ability to serve endless clients with the best available products!

      Cons

      If you don’t like a servant type culture with a competitive edge to change lives. This may not be for you!
