      Pros

      This opportunity can change your life. I decided to jump on board and I am happy. I like the freedom of being my OWN boss. I like helping families and getting better and better at learning the different options to help the families I meet with. If I don't work I don't get paid but I can work more to get ahead and take time off when I want to!

      Cons

      This is not for everyone. It is a career not a job. You have to be self motivated.

      I have known Shawn Meaike for years. I joined him early on, as I believed in his vision and idea. Four years later I am still here! Why? The culture of this company is second to none. From Shawn to the new hire are here to work. We all believe in each other, and everyone is interested in helping one another. If one succeeds, we all succeed. I am thrilled I chose to be part of this company that is so forward thinking.
