      Pros

      It's simple. This is a sales job in where you help families get a much-needed coverage to protect their families. The comp is stellar, the training is free and revolutionary, and I run my own business. You will be part of a team and independent at the same time.

      Cons

      No cons to speak of. Save your money for leads and the tax man.

      Pros

      I never ever imagined I would be an insurance agent and love it. Family First Life is disrupting the insurance industry and have brought me the most amazing free training, high comp, and support all the while I get to be independent and answer only to myself. It's not for everyone but it is for me.

      Cons

      There are no sick days when you work for yourself.

      Pros

      Found FFL online and thought it to be too good to be true. I was skeptical but open-minded. I wanted a change but I kept working my job while I got my license and learned how to work with FFL. I quit my day job after the third month. I was making more selling insurance part time than I did at my 9 - 5. I have not looked back.

      Cons

      Simple. No days off. You don't work, you don't get paid.
