Pros
You’re your own boss. If willing to recruit and put in the work to build a team, then it can be lucrative. The comp is very strong and a lot of training content to work with
Cons
The leads that are out there seem to get worse and worse over time. Very few new agents actually succeed. Lots of agents try to look like they are doing so well, but for most of them it’s not true and they inflate what they actually are doing. Just a very tough business overall to win in.
