      Pros

      I have been with FFL for almost 6 years. I have had nothing but success since day 1. I followed my upline's instructions to the tee and added my own work ethic. Great lead sources available, older and newer campaigns. I love the free training we have available to us and the fact that I have access you many carriers and products in order to help my clients.

      Cons

      you have to add the work ethic and be your own best worker. you will not be successful without being a diligent worker.

      If you’re looking to run your own book of business- FFL is for you If you’re looking for training from people who actually have experience and not some outside person brought in to train- FFL is for you If you’re looking for schedule flexibility- FFL is for you This isn’t a position that is meant for employee minded people. This is a position meant for those who want to be business owners and know what it takes to get there. This position is not a good fit for someone who wants to do the minimum and call it a day. This is a company that gives it to you straight and doesn’t sugar coat. They provide free training, free conventions, free CRM, they pay for your schooling to get licensed, warm leads, great commission. It’s there for those who are willing to work for it

      It’s an independent contractor position. Only cons are ones that you find about yourself

      Sign no contracts Day 1 vested Yes -Keep your renewals Higher Compensation Top training from to producers. Great culture! We have LEADS. NOt sales when someone is asking for your help! Right!
