      Easy money, good friends with coworkers, discounted food, relaxed environment

      Cons

      Bad clientele, restaurant is pretty dirty, rodent and bugs, really hot inside.

      Laid back, can be fun.

      Cons

      Overall a very unorganized and poorly run company. They've been undergoing major changes as a corporation over the past few years and the disorganization really trickles down. I would be surprised if it didn't go completely bankrupt over the next few years.
