I loved being part of the water team. The regulars were fantastic. I would recommend it you're outgoing you have to be loud to work there

Cons

Lack of management is the only negative. They need more consistency with menu prices etc. The bar menu could also get more local selection of beers and or spirits. Not just corporate requirements.

Managers are very understanding to availability. 50% discount on food. Managers let me do school homework. Working at a restaurant is like being in a big family

Cons

Every time I sat a table, Some servers would be too stubborn and refused to take tables just cause they didn't want it. As a host, it was hard for me to satisfy my coworkers(servers) because nobody wanted to take any tables. I wasn't treated fairly when I worked here. Too many complaining from servers every time they got sat. Coworkers here always liked to argue. Managers are also biased.

Cons

unprofessional management made working there a nightmare, minimum wage, no chance to move up, always hiring because they cannot keep workers, no discount on food, did not allow you to take breaks or use the bathroom, management will yell at you in front of customers dining
