Great work environment. The managers are nice to the employers and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

The restaurant isn't usually very busy even during rush hours so work can be slow and boring at times.

I know more people like me, and people that just cared about himself and it's capable of putting the foot so the other one could fall.

Cons

Working with people that just care about themselves and being the one that help others but when they fiered me no one said a word.

Pros

Laid back environment, fast-paced, always busy, variety of tasks. The customer spread was more social so you had the opportunity to interact with them more than more upscale restaurants. A majority of the employees and supervisors were fun to work with

Cons

Lack of structure in management--had numerous conflicts with other employees in terms of crossing harassment boundaries. Additionally, some of the tasks given to hosts were not outlined in the job description and should have been more compensated for
